How to Make Jalapeño Egg Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

10 large eggs

1 ½ teaspoons sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

3-4 Jalapeño peppers, de-seeded and chopped, plus 12 round slices for topping (if desired)

⅓ cup softened cream cheese

½ cup grated cheddar cheese

The first step would be to gather all of the supplies and ingredients. This would include an image of all of the ingredients, the measuring spoons and cups, the bowl, whisk, and knife that are needed.

The second step would be to preheat your oven to 400℉. I would include an image of my oven being set to 400℉.

The third step would be to line a 12 count muffin pan with silicone liners or coat the pan with nonstick cooking spray and then set aside. This would include an image of my muffin tin with silicone liners in it.

The fourth step would be to crack the eggs into a large bowl. I would include either an image or video of me cracking the eggs.

The fifth step would be to add in the salt and black pepper. I would include an image of the salt and black pepper in the bowl.

The sixth step would be to whisk the egg, salt, and black pepper together. I would include an image of the batter mixed together with the whisk still inside the bowl.

The seventh step would be to add in the garlic powder, onion powder, and cream cheese. I would include an image of the ingredients inside the bowl.

The eighth step would be to whisk until combined. I would include an image of the batter after it was whisked together completely.

The ninth step would be to de-seed and chop up your jalapeños, and if desired, chop up 12 round slices. I would include a brief video of this process.

The tenth step would be to stir in the cheddar cheese and chopped jalapeños with a spoon. I would include a video of the ingredients being stirred in.

The eleventh step would be to pour the batter into the liners or the muffin pan. I would include a video of me pouring in the batter to show how much to fill it with.

The twelfth step would be to place 1 round jalapeño slice on top of each muffin cup (optional). I would include an image of the batter with a jalapeño on the top.

The thirteenth step would be to bake the muffins in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until set. I would include an image of the muffins in the oven or of the timer.

The final step would be to remove the muffins and let cool. I would include an image of the final product after they had been removed from the oven.
